Starting to get a little bit of strength back
Well, some progress is being made…I don’t feel as pathetic as I did. I was somewhat pleased with this set of Incline D-Bell Presses using the 100′s, although after watching it, it looks like my depth could have been better. Shoulders are not 100% better, but things seem to be going in the right direction. I’m sure there will be a bunch a little sh*ts on youtube making negative comments (as always)

Looked like a good set to me. Was that a typical rep-range for your training or were you pushing to failure? It’s great to see your strength is coming back.

On that exercise, I haven’t gone higher in weight in awhile, because of the issues i’ve had with my shoulders…as a result, my first set is pretty high reps and then they tail off after that since we take minimal rest in between sets
