If your goal is to gain muscle, then creatine monohydrate combined with beta alanine with increase your strength and muscular endurance while lift, enabling you to be stronger and workout harder for longer periods of time...this will indirectly lead to more muscle as long as your nutrition, hydration and rest are on point.]]></description>
