Because it usually comes in the form of granules for pets with a palatable flavor, administering the correct dosage and getting your dog to take the supplement is very easy.GoldVet® Microencapsulated Potassium Citrate Granules have an antioxidant effect and are loaded with Omega 3 fatty acids and amino acids that promote protein and enzyme synthesis and support healthy cardiovascular, immune, and kidney function. Susceptible cat breeds include Persians and Himalayans, while the dog breeds at especially high risk include Miniature Schnauzers, Lhasa Apsos, Yorkshire Terriers, Miniature Poodles, Shih Tzus and Bichon Frises. 73% of calcium oxalate patients are male and most cases in dogs occur between 5 and 12 years of age.For supplementation of the diet to aid in prophylaxis of urinary stone formation in cats and dogs.
